Summer aperitif in the show garden at the Botenhof - Wipptal Herb Gardens

For over 20 years, the Wipptal Herb Gardens have been passionately dedicated to the cultivation and refinement of medicinal and aromatic herbs. In the idyllic “Schaugartl” demonstration garden at the Botenhof, more than 100 different herbs grow – a place full of fragrances, colors, and traditional knowledge.

Together with herbalist Bernhard, we will dive into the fascinating world of medicinal and culinary herbs during a house-made summer aperitif. With great passion, he shares insights into their effects, processing, and traditional uses.

During the experience, we will taste one or two fine regional schnapps and try selected organic care products from the herb gardeners’ range.

We will round off the summer evening in a special atmosphere with an ancient plant ritual.

Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to visit the lovingly run farm shop and take home a variety of herbal products.
