43 days of traditions, recipes and stories

The time around Christmas and New Year is firmly rooted in traditional rituals and atmospheric customs.

This is also the case in South Tyrol. When the Scheller at the Klosn pass through Stilfs or the Sarner Klöckler from farm to farm.

The beautifully designed book accompanies 43 days through the quiet and wintry time, from Advent to Epiphany. He presents customs and traditions, provides recipes for homemade things like Zelten, mulled wine or Spitzbuabm as well as instructions for making Advent wreaths, making Böckl and crafting a paper nativity scene.

Author Marlene Lobis and publisher Hermann Gummerer in conversation with host and cultural mediator Martina Schullian, culture motivator and Klosn expert Roland Angerer, Christmas decoration designer Marius Romen, priest Ulrich Kössler and others.

Followed by a pre-Christmas drink.

Opening and preview of the Advent exhibition at the Schullian nursery.
