Where Max Valier, almost one hundred years ago, set up his telescopes to bring the starry sky closer to the people of Bolzano, we now continue that tradition: on May 5, 2025, Waltherplatz will become a window to the universe.

Two telescopes will be available to the public for observing the Moon and other celestial objects, right in the heart of the city.
Participation is free and no registration is required. The observation will take place only in case of clear skies.
