Starchild - from deep pain to a new way of live

We are not prepared for the loss of a child around the time of birth. It should have been so wonderful, but now grief and despair dominate our lives. This is often compounded by powerlessness, helplessness, loneliness and many unanswered questions: Have I done something wrong? Why is it exactly me? A loss around birth should be dealt with well. Otherwise, the feelings and thoughts keep catching up with us. With the result that we simply function and can hardly allow any pleasant feelings. The speaker, herself the mother of two star children, will give us an insight into her work with those affected. The workshop delves deeper into the topics of grief, pain, comfort and dealing with feelings and thoughts. Above all, it is about finding the meaning behind what has happened and thus leading a happy life again. In addition, exercises and tools are provided to help regulate feelings and thoughts. The workshop can also be attended independently of the lecture.
