In this special production process, the sparkling wine remains in the same bottle from the first to the last production step. To optimally continue the fermentation process, every bottle must have its position changed constantly. In a natural way and over several years, the sparkling wines mature and develop fresh aromas, fine fruit acids and supple pearls. In this production process, each bottle contains its own unique fermentation process and is truly one-of-a-kind. The sparkling wines from the “Il Paese delle Bollicine Marlengo” will also be presented.
