South Tyrolean Honey Days

At the end of August, Brixen is like a beehive. Beekeepers and bee lovers from all over the country buzz around the bishop's town. That honey is far more than just a sweetener was already understood by the pharaohs of ancient Egypt. The different districts of the beekeepers' association show honey lovers their treasures and invite them to taste them. The program Südtirol Kocht (South Tyrol Cooks) by Silvia Fontanive will also be present, with chefs from Bressanone and the surrounding area who will prepare dishes on the theme of honey during lunchtime.
