In this workshop, you will experience a relaxing sound bath and a short calming meditation to help you find inner peace. Using conscious smudging, scents and smells come to life, memories are awakened, and old things are let go—creating space for new things.

As a reminder and practical guide, you will receive a handbook to take home with you, which will enable you to easily practice incense burning at home.

We will end the evening outdoors with a warming mulled wine or tea and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere together.
