Slow Food Travel - The early bird catches the milk

A healthy breakfast with products from the farm is the best start to a wonderful day. A tour of the farm and the fields awaits you. Fresh hay milk is processed into creamy yoghurt, fresh cheese and butter. This is followed by the preparation of the traditional 'Muas' on the open cooker.
