Slow Food Travel - Flowers and mountains - Experiences on the farm Oberhof

Fancy mountains? Fancy flowers? At the farm Oberhof in St. Magdalena, we organise three different experience modules, all of which relate to the theme of Slow Food, culinary delights and flowers. Look forward to botanical and culinary experiences at the farm Oberhof. 3rd August FLOWER LUNCH Discover the variety of edible flowers in our permaculture field with over 300 different types of vegetables and herbs. Followed by an outdoor flower lunch. Meeting point: central square “Bergerplatz”, St. Magdalena Start: 11.00 am - duration: ca. 4 hours PRICE: Participation fee: 10,00 € - free of charge with the DolomitiCard Experience/tasting*: adults 40,00 € - children (6–13 years) 15,00 € (non-alcoholic drinks included) Participants: max. 25 persons 31st August FLOWER BAR & BARBECUE You will learn useful facts about the processing of flowers into syrups, from which you will mix a cocktail. Afterwards, you will experience an artistic performance in the great outdoors and enjoy a barbecue around the campfire with food from the farm.
