Slow Food Travel - Coffee and Cake
Sometimes it’s the simple things that bring us closest together: baking together, sharing stories and savouring the aroma of fresh Buchteln. Together with Isolde, the farmer’s wife, you’ll make traditional, fluffy Buchteln using her own family recipe – taking your time, staying calm and paying close attention to detail. While the dough rises and the sweet aroma wafts through the farm studio, there’s plenty of time to chat, watch and savour the moment. To finish, the warm Buchteln are served with creamy vanilla sauce and a good cup of coffee in a cosy setting.
