At this special pairing night, creative cocktails meet a perfectly curated 3-course menu. Every dish comes with its perfect match – surprising pairings, flawless mixing, and a spectacular presentation.

A DJ set sets the mood, while a few flair-show moments bring extra energy to the bar between courses. All of it comes together in a unique panoramic setting overlooking Merano: sunset views, good vibes, and pure flavour.
