Roda salvaria - From the earth to the plate

In the animal park of Colfosco, surrounded by a beautiful Dolomite wood. Local restaurants set up stands where you can enjoy Ladin specialities in street food style. Each dish has a natural element at its core: forest fruits, herbs, spices and much more. You can enjoy all this on the go, along the park path with a special program for both young and old and musical entertainment. In case of bad weather, the event will be postponed to friday the 30th of August. During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.
