Recycling Tour 2021

Manu Delago is constantly on the road. With various bands of his own, but also with international musicians and orchestras such as Björk, Anoushka Shankar, Ólafur Arnalds or the London Symphony Orchestra, he has visited well over 50 countries in recent years. Taking a cue from the fact that he has always traveled these trips by plane or bus, Manu Delago has decided to activate an opposite eco-friendly hub for concert tours. In 2021, he will go on a month-long tour with 20 to 24 concerts through Austria, Germany and South Tyrol, focusing as much as possible on sustainability. The entire team, including musicians and technicians, will cycle the 1,300 km route. All possible CO2 emissions will be avoided, and at best, electricity will be generated. In this tour Manu Delago will host on stage old and new musicians. The propulsive rhythms meet the etheric beauty is the musical virtuosity of this multi-instrumental ensemble producing a great variety of sound, which will make this concert a truly extraordinary event.
