Understanding Gin? There are different "gin families". But what does the term "gin", "distilled gin", "London (Dry) Gin", "Western and New Western Style Gin" or "Pink Gin" mean on the label? And why is "Sloe Gin" not actually a gin? And where is the path of gin leading us?
The variety is explained and examples for tasting are given in this seminar to enlighten us about the world of gin! And this with the production and composition of the individual gin families, taking into account the guidelines of the legislation.
