What is needed for the stick skate:
Skates,- rackets, helmet and gloves must be brought by yourself and are obligatory! Elbow pads and shin guards are recommended but not a must. Lightweight plastic pucks may be rented at the ticket office. Hard rubber pucks are not allowed.
Mutual respect is required to avoid injuries and accidents. In order for everyone to have real fun, a few rules must be followed: No checks, no hitting shots, no high shots, no goalies.
This winter the Ritten Arena, in collaboration with the Ritten Hockey League, offers for the first time a so-called public stick skating. The Stick skate offers amateur players and beginners the opportunity to practice the sport of ice hockey. On small ice surfaces, fairly divided groups play together and against each other. Completely without physical contact and without hard shots. Fun for young and old and especially for all enthusiastic recreational hockey players. Hockey-enthusiastic youths and adults can also get to know the Rittner Hockey League and its players and be inspired to join one of the 8 teams.
Participation in the stick run is at your own responsibility and risk
