Oysters & Sparkling Wine on the Gries Square
On the morning of 31 December, the celebrations to bid farewell to the old year and welcome in the new one begin: the annual "Oysters and sparkling wine" event takes place on Grieser Platz, a unique but important fundraising event organised by the South Tyrolean gardeners in collaboration with the municipality of Bolzano.
