Creedence Clearwater Revived
feat. Johnny "Guitar" Williamson
Special Guest: Santoni Family
07.07.2024
19:00
Festive square Algund
Rock from the 70s
On July 7, 2024, Creedence Clearwater Revived feat. Johnny "Guitar" Williamson will present the legendary hits of Creedence Clearwater Revival such as "Proud Mary," "Who'll Stop the Rain," "Hey Tonight," and "Have You Ever Seen the Rain" in Algund. As a special guest, the Santoni Family from Passeiertal will open the concert evening.
Creedence Clearwater 'Revived' still manages to convey the sound and atmosphere of the Woodstock legend Creedence Clearwater Revival. The group was considered one of the most successful bands in the world in the late 60s and early 70s. With the typical guitar sound using the old Fender Deville amplifiers, the old CCR hits are given new life. Thus, the band, with their full dedication, successfully brings the spirit of the Woodstock era into modern times, continues to uphold the CCR cult, and transforms the sound of yesteryear into the here and now. Tickets for the concert are still available at the usual presale outlets.
