What bad luck! Monsieur Cotillon is unfortunately decapitated by his garage door while searching for a fallen screw. Over the years, he has paid large sums into a life insurance policy to protect his family. Now he wants to make sure that the premium is paid out to his wife. A tough argument begins, because although the case is actually clear, the insurance company seems to disagree. The situation comes to a head when the newly widowed wife appears. Mrs Cotillon is in a difficult financial situation and is not particularly surprised to find her deceased husband in a place where he is not supposed to be.
