At this exclusive Four Hands Show Cooking event, you’ll enjoy a gala menu like no other:
Our head chef Christian Reiterer and the highly acclaimed Gregor Eschgfäller from Hotel ASTRA (three Gault&Millau toques, Michelin star 2019–2023) invite you to a casually elegant evening full of refinement, creativity, and bold alpine flavors.

The evening begins with a flying buffet – the first courses served directly by our chefs under the open sky: on the panoramic terrace, as you stroll through the fragrant flower garden with a glass of wine, or in our skylounge.
The main part of the menu follows, served at the table – culinary masterpieces crafted with care and passion.

Menu highlights include:
- Alpine carbonara with a Mediterranean twist – a surprising and authentic pairing of San Genesio and Collepietra
- Tender dry-aged beef from Thurnerhof farm
- Wines from Pfannenstielhof – local, vibrant, full of character
