Spending a few hours with Nikolas means discovering the world of bread-making from a very privileged point of view: he will reveal the secrets of his fragrant, crispy, soft and delicious preparations, from the typical pucce to biscuits, to the various types of bread that here in the valley are a distinctive sign of our being at the table. From Christmas preparations to Easter plaits and bunnies, there are three fragrant appointments not to be missed, all in the family bakery in Corvara.
