Nordic Balance – Iyengar® Yoga & Skiing

Rediscover your physical and mental balance in the heart of the Dolomites with a 2-hour experience that blends mindfulness, movement, and nature.

The first part is a session of Iyengar® Yoga, led by a certified instructor, designed to cultivate inner strength, stability, and proper posture.
Afterwards, let yourself be carried by the rhythm of cross-country skiing through snowy landscapes, breathing in the beauty of nature. This harmonious activity enhances dynamic balance and strengthens the mind-body connection, guided by an experienced instructor.

A rejuvenating experience suitable for everyone, including a full-day pass to the cross-country skiing centre Alta Badia and all the necessary equipment for the day: yoga mat, cross-country skis, boots, and poles.
