Grind flour in the mill museum and bake bread at the Hof im Thal with a historic oven. The mills are open from 10.00-15.00 hrs. Food and drink are provided.

On Sunday, 27.08. from 08.00 a.m., flour will be milled at the Aldein Mill Museum and then bread will be baked at the Hof im Thal with a historic oven. The programme: From 8.00 a.m. firing up the oven (Thalhof) approx. 9.00 a.m. Kneading the dough (Thalhof) 10.00 a.m. Guided tour of the mills and the Thal Chapel approx. 11.00 a.m.: "Opening" bread - putting dough on breadboards (Thalhof) 2.00 p.m.: Guided tour of the mills and the Thal Chapel from approx. 2.30 p.m.: Baking bread (Thalhof) The mills are open continuously between 10.00 and 15.00 hrs. The Voldeiner Tanzlmusig will provide the atmosphere. Josef Obkircher and his team from the "Hof im Thal" will provide food and drink. With farmers' market. Car park at the fire station in Aldein
