Movie in Italian language: Carol
New York, 1952. Therese Belivet is a young woman employed in a Manhattan department store. Richard would like to marry her, Dannie would like to kiss her, but she only has eyes for Carol, a distinguished customer, enraptured by an electric train and her interest. One glove forgotten and one toy train bought later, Carol and Therese sit hungry in a café.
