An invitation to fully experience the moment, ground yourself, and step into your day with clarity and ease.



Start your day outdoors in nature and take a moment just for yourself. In this yoga session, gentle, flowing movements are combined with the breath to bring body and mind into balance.

We begin with natural, soft movements to awaken the body, mobilize it, and gently stretch. From there, we move into a smooth flow that helps you build momentum and arrive more fully in yourself with each breath.

Surrounded by fresh air and natural stillness, you’ll find space to be present, clear your mind, and recharge your energy. The session closes with a relaxing Shavasana.
