Merano Indulgence Factory: Apricot potato dumplings cloaked in Amaretti biscuit crumbs Dumplings are and always have been one of the most popular traditional South Tyrolean dishes, beloved by young and old alike. With farmer’s wife Rosina you’ll become familiar with a new Alpine-Mediterranean creation at the Merano Indulgence Factory! The participants will prepare these sweet apricot dumplings with amaretto biscuit treats with Rosina and afterwards get to try them out. And so that you can repeat what you have learned when you get home, you will also receive the recipe and handy hints from our cook.
