Mental Strength & Physical Endurance – Extended Alpine Hike
This full-day hike combines physical activity in alpine terrain with impulses for mental presence. The focus is on the conscious interplay of movement, concentration and inner attitude.
Throughout the tour, different phases of movement are used purposefully to explore attention, perception of effort and mental endurance. The emphasis is not on performance, but on a mindful approach to physical exertion and the management of personal resources in the mountain environment.
The hike has a sporty character and is designed for participants who are accustomed to longer walking times in alpine terrain.
