“Memento” - a tribute to creative times in the marble village of Lasa/Laas




The “Memento” exhibition focuses on diversity and brings together artists from South Tyrol and Tyrol. From dialect songwriters such as Moling Christian and Geena B. Valentine to visual artists from the fields of painting, sculpture, design, photography and literature, Memento represents a wide range of artistic forms of expression.


The idea was born out of a desire to revive times gone by - when musicians and artists together shaped life in the marble village. With “Memento”, ParaBel Artspace has set itself the task of bringing back and reviving this creative community for a moment.


 The exhibition is part of the cultural program in Lasa/Laas for the annual cultural market festival “Marble & Apricots” on the first weekend in August.
