Silbermond, the German pop-rock band from Bautzen, was founded in 1998 and consists of Stefanie Kloß (vocals), the brothers Johannes (bass) and Thomas Stolle (guitar, piano) and Andreas Nowak (drums). Silbermond's big breakthrough came in 2004 with the hit "Durch die Nacht".
