Lieselehof Organic Winery – Wine, Sparkling Wine & Olive Oil Tasting

Experience the Lieselehof Organic Winery in a breathtaking location at 500 meters above sea level, surrounded by the vineyards of Kaltern / Caldaro in South Tyrol. This family-run boutique winery is one of the pioneers of organic PIWI viticulture in South Tyrol and has stood for sustainable, innovative, and characterful Alpine wines for more than 30 years.
During a guided tour, you will discover our unique grapevine library featuring more than 360 grape varieties from around the world, as well as the philosophy of a winery that combines tradition and innovation. Afterwards, you will visit our wine cellar and enjoy a tasting of selected organic wines and sparkling wines.
To conclude the experience, you will savor a tasting of our premium organic olive oil.
The tour and tasting are personally guided by a certified sommelier or the winemaker, offering authentic insights into the world of modern, sustainable winemaking.
