During the session, you will lie comfortably on your mat and be guided by awakening, sensual music through an intense experiential journey. Within 60 minutes, inner energy impulses, gentle or spontaneous movements, emotions, images, visions, or deep relaxation may arise. Each experience is individual and may unfold exactly as it presents itself in the moment.
