Into the world of fungi: introduction to mycology – ATIRA

ATIRA: this is an initiative that emphasises action and responsibility. The Ladin name refers to the urgent need for everyone to play their part in preserving the territory and building a more mindful and responsible future. Through activities, meetings, and opportunities for in-depth discussion, ATIRA promotes awareness and encourages the community to play an active role in protecting the Dolomites. The focus of this summer's meetings will be nature parks, mycology, and mountain rescue.

They are essential for healthy ecosystems – silent helpers that recycle nutrients, support trees, and make biodiversity possible.
