Interpoma is the only international trade show in the world dedicated exclusively to apples. Every two years, Bolzano becomes the apple capital, welcoming experts, companies, and professionals to explore the entire value chain—from production to storage to marketing.

South Tyrol, with 18,400 hectares of cultivated apple orchards, is the largest apple-growing region in Europe and among the most important globally.
