On International Museum Day, the Hofburg Brixen offers free admission and guided tours for young and old alike.

The focus of the Internatonal Museum Day in the Hofburg Brixen Bressanone is on the Peasants’ Wars, during which the Hofburg was a central location 500 years ago. The special exhibition “1525–2025 IRRUPTION - SUBVERSION - RENEWAL” and a themed tour provide fascinating insights into this turbulent era.

• 10:45 AM – Themed tour on the Peasants' Uprising of 1525 (in Italian).
