Along the Frohne meadows to the Sextner Rundweg.....On this to the remains of the former fortress Heideck you hike through the Lärchenwiesen meadows into the Fischleintal valley Bad Moos. The path continues to the Signaue and on the sunny side at the "Kinigerhöfe" you return to the starting point.
