Herbal walk in Steinegg|Collepietra – delicacies along the way

What grows along the trails often hides surprising flavours and valuable properties. Together with herbal educator Renate Rieder from Steinegg|Collepietra, you set off on a journey of discovery through the diverse world of local wild plants.



During the herbal walk, you learn how to recognise different wild herbs, discover interesting facts about their uses and find out how these little treasures of nature can enrich your everyday cooking. At the end of the experience, you can taste selected herbal specialities and receive practical tips for preparing them at home.
