Guided tour of the geology exhibition.

Guided tour of the exhibition. There is a paradox in the wartime environment: nature is as omnipresent as it is invisible. On every topographical map, in every photo, drawing, sketch it is the mute backdrop for human events. The protagonists seem to be others: men, machines and animals who for four long years lived in the mountains of the Alpine front, unconsciously transforming them into what we know today. Is this true? A temporary, touring exhibition that addresses the events surrounding the First World War from an unusual perspective, focusing on the nature and shape of the mountains and how man used them to build a vast common theater. During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations. The calendar of events may change due to the government regulations. On the official tourism website of South Tyrol https://www.suedtirol.info/en/information/coronavirus you will find the answers to the most important questions about coronavirus in South Tyrol.
