Hiking tour at the Passo Sella. From the Passo Sella at the Forcella del Sassolungo and down to Monte Pana.

Arrival by cab through the Val Gardena to the Passo Sella (2180m). The hike leads with constant ascent to the Toni Demetz hut (2681m), then descending further to the Sassolungo hut (2253m). After a lunch break the hike continues always descending to Monte Pana (1637m). Walking time: 4 h Height difference in ascent: 500 m Height difference in descent: 1062 m Distance: 9,5 km
