Start cable car Tiers valley station 09:00 am, drive to, Völs, St. Konstantin, Völser Weiher, Tuff Alm to the Hofer Alpl = lunch break, continue to Ums and back to the starting point.
Difficulty: Moderate mountain bike tour, advanced riding technique required
Refreshment available: Hofer Alpl
