As a certified RYT500 teacher from Sand in Taufers, with extensive training in India, Petra brings her deep connection to yoga into each class. Her guidance is clear and caring, allowing for a safe and personal practice.
She holds space with sensitivity, so each student can follow what the heart needs in that moment.
Small impulses inspire beyond the mat – honest, sometimes bold, sometimes gentle, but always heartfelt.
