GEGEN DIE STILLE Festival
The legendary festival in Vipiteno is entering its fourth round! On the weekend of August 28–29, 2026, in the northernmost town of South Tyrol and on Vipiteno’s local mountain, Monte Cavallo (Rosskopf), the fight AGAINST THE SILENCE continues.
Look forward to two days of a diverse and exciting program, featuring awesome concerts on Friday and Saturday evenings in Vipiteno’s main square, right beneath the Twelve Tower. The new, modern Rosskopf cable car has now been completed, so the Saturday daytime program will once again take place on the alpine pastures and mountain huts of Vipiteno’s local mountain.
At nearly 2,000 meters above sea level, numerous bands from a wide range of genres will perform, surrounded by a breathtaking alpine panorama. As in previous editions, in addition to all concerts, the Rosskopf cable car ride on Saturday is included in the festival ticket.
Unantastbar, the Vipiteno–Val di Vizze–Campo di Trens Tourism Association, the Rosskopf ski and hiking area, and the Municipality of Vipiteno are looking forward to welcoming you!
