Garden Of Morpheus
Organizer: BASIS Vinschgau VenostaIn the new video work "Garden of Morpheus" by the artist Clara Agnelli from Merano, plants rotate like celestial bodies in the dark room. Based on the Greek god of dreams, who manifests himself to people with messages in their sleep, the video work shows in a game between macro and micro-universes, the flora we know in a new, seemingly extraterrestrial way. Dream-like images of tracking shots through plant worlds are musically accompanied by the renowned techno producer DJ Hell in a live act. The premiere will take place in the BASIS Vinschgau Venosta in Schlanders/Silandro on July 16, 2022 at 8 p.m. and will be performed again in September 2022 in the Planetarium Jesus Emilio Ramirez in Medellín (Colombia).
