From the Oven to the Plate: Delightful "Apple‑Strudel" Baking in Advent

Together with farmer Ida, we bake a classic “apple strudel” – from rolling out the dough to filling it. While the strudel bakes in the oven, we visit the goats in the barn and gain insight into the life on the farm. To round things off, we enjoy freshly baked strudel served with a cup of fragrant coffee.



Arrival:

By car or by public transport (bus line no. 314) from Vipiteno/Sterzing to Mittertal. From there, follow the main road on foot for about 5 minutes, then turn left towards Kaltbrunn.
