From Milk to cheese

Important: Online reservation is free of charge. Payment is made on-site directly to the guides (Adults: €22 | Children 4–12 years: €12).

You will get an authentic insight into the Gamsegghof court dairy in Langtaufers. Here, fresh milk is transformed into high-quality cheese with great passion.

During the tour, you will follow the path from milk to finished cheese – from the barn to the dairy and finally to the ripening room. This way, you will learn step by step how the specialties are made.

Afterwards, enjoy the homemade products at a Marende right on site.
