Meeting point: 3 p.m. Ritten Arena/cash desk. Duration: 1.5 hours Cost: € 10, free with RittenCard or with winter bliss coupon. Description: Stroke and force training. Breathing exercises and self-perception are added. For effective training we also train mobility, stability and muscle activation
