Family´s Yoga
Yoga supports a new way of feeling good: physical exercises, breathing and relaxation support emotions, self-discovery and sharing with others.
Depending on the age of the children, a playful part allows them to listen and observe in order to get to know their bodies, understand how to let go and relax. Yoga improves posture, strengthens bone structure and harmonises muscles. It promotes creativity, insight and awareness. Yoga helps achieve emotional stability, leads to self-confidence and increases receptivity.
The Family Yoga project combines yoga with play: creativity is used to develop solutions that support the child's feelings. Yoga provides an inner calm that helps to overcome stressful situations. The unity of the child's body and feelings is a way to overcome fears or to develop the courage to discover the world they do not yet know. Each yoga class is precisely structured and the child finds its way through specific repetitions with family members to learn its own rules. Bring a mat and comfortable clothes.
