Enjoy a journey into the depths of space away from the everyday hustle and bustle. The "Max Valier" observatory is your gateway to the universe! Discover cosmic worlds, stars, planets and distant galaxies with our telescopes under a clear night sky. The observatory's main telescope is a Cassegrain reflector telescope with a mirror diameter of 80 cm. It is supported by a steel fork mount on a solid concrete base. The observatory is run by the amateur astronomers "Max Valier". Each guided tour usually includes a short introduction to astronomy. Afterwards, everyone has the opportunity to admire various astronomical highlights of the respective evening with the telescopes. Reservation required.
