Exhibition: Nature Parks South Tyrol - the forests
In a relatively small area, various types of forests have developed in South Tyrol, ranging from the sub-Mediterranean forest with downy oaks in the valley floor to larch and Swiss stone pine forests on the forest boundary. The exhibition deals with general aspects of forests, presents the different forest formations that characterise the seven Nature Parks in our country and describes plants and animals of these habitats.
