Evening tour of Burg Reifenstein/Castel Tasso

Burg Reifenstein/Castel Tasso is a medieval castle in the south of Vipiteno/Sterzing, owned by the Tyrolean Counts of Thurn und Taxis. Reifenstein is one of the most important medieval castles in South Tyrol in terms of art history and one of the best preserved. Inside the complex, the living and working quarters have been preserved in their original condition. The cistern, castle kitchen, bathhouse, soldiers' bedrooms, panelled rooms, the famous Green Hall and much more give visitors a deep insight into medieval life.
