Duck is bobbing around in the lake like every day, but today something is different. Today someone is sneaking up behind her. When she finally speaks to him, the pursuer introduces himself: I am Death. The two of them experience exciting things together: they swim, climb or dig. And they think about what actually comes after death or what you absolutely have to do before you die, for example, mating with a drake. Little by little, the two become friends and feel that they need each other. When Duck finally freezes, Death gently takes her in his arms and warms her.
