Easy Farming – From Meadow to Field
We start with a relaxed herb walk around Tiers, discovering what grows right on our doorstep. Along the way, we learn to identify local wild herbs and collect them fresh from nature. Our destination is the Bergler Acker, a community garden cultivated by several local farms in Tiers. There, we harvest lettuce and seasonal vegetables directly from the field.
Using everything we’ve gathered, we prepare a colorful, fresh salad together and enjoy it right on the field. It is served with bread, wine, water and a selection of homemade creations made from Bergler Acker produce, such as spreads.
This experience is perfect for anyone who wants to take a look behind the scenes, learn more about wild herbs, regional food and the idea of “zero-kilometre” products, and simply enjoy a relaxed and tasty afternoon in good company.
